  • What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?

    The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (02:00 pm) and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.
    However, it may vary depending on the season. Your confirmed hotel booking voucher will
    contain all the details about the hotel check-in/out timings. For any further assistance, you can

    till 07:00 pm).

  • What is the difference between a ‘Twin room’ and a ‘Double room’?

    A ‘Twin room’ will have 2 separate single or queen sized beds while a ‘Double room’ will
    have one king size bed.

  • Will there be any additional charges for our children staying with us in the same hotel
    room?

    While searching for hotels, select the number of children travelling with you in the drop-down
    box. If you want an extra bed in the room for your child, you have to add the child as an adult
    in the hotel search page, thus searching for 3 adults and 1 room. If you just select 1 child and
    2 adults in 1 room, our search results will show you the price of a double room with child
    excluding an extra bed.

  • Can I make a hotel booking over the phone?

  • What are the different modes of payment.?

    For online bookings, we accept all Visa, Master Card, Amex cards and major debit cards and credit
    cards issued in India. We also have Net Banking payment options from major Indian banks.

  • Is it possible to make online booking payments through account transfer?

    Yes. You can confirm your hotel bookings by paying the amount through account transfer option.

  • After completing the payment process, I haven’t received any confirmation email. My money
    was deducted as well. What should I do?

    This might happen due to slow internet connection or while making the payment through net
    banking option. Please mail us about the same. For us to serve you faster and better, kindly
    mention the bank’s name, the amount deducted, e-coupon number used (if any) and mode of
    transaction. If the booking is incomplete, the entire deducted amount will be refunded back to in
    account within 3 to 5 working days. If the booking is completed, we will mail you, your hotel
    confirmation voucher.

  • How do I know if my hotel booking was successful?

    After the payment process is completed, you will receive a mail confirmation from us.

  • Do I need to show any documents to check-in at the hotel?

    It is mandatory to show your government approved valid ID proof while checking-in at the hotel.
    For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

  • Can I do early/late check-in/out at the hotel?

    The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (02:00 pm) and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.
    However, may you will be charged for one day extra for early check-in or late check-out.

  • I would like to change/ request airport transfers or other complimentary services. What
    should I do?

    for any customized requests.

  • I’ve mentioned wrong email id while making the booking and thus haven’t received the
    hotel confirmation vouchers yet. What should I do?

  • How can I cancel my confirmed hotel booking?

    07:00 pm) or drop us a mail.

  • What are the hotel room cancellation charges?

    The hotel room cancellation charges depends on your selected room type, time of stay (off-
    season, peak season) and the time of cancellation.

  • I didn’t check-in at the hotel at all, will I get a refund?

    You will not be entitled for a refund and you will be considered as a ‘no-show’ by the hotel.

  • I still haven’t received my refund amount.
